Bob Bartlett

Anchor and Managing Editor

Bob grew up in the Midwest, but made his way to Texas as quickly as he could.  He got his start in broadcasting when he got a disc jockey job at a radio station after his sophomore year of high school. Bob worked at various radio stations until he moved to Abilene for his chance in television. Having worked in all the on-air positions in addition to news management, Bob has covered everything from the 9/11 attacks to flooding in Abilene. Though he spends a lot of time at work, Bob enjoys spending his free time with his wife and five children. In September 2012, Bob celebrated 33 years at KTAB News.
