Sugar free pumpkin Bread for the holidays

Recipe from Brittany Suell:

 

Ingredients
* 1.5 cups almond flour
* .5 cups Collagen Peptides (I used @vitalproteins )
* 1/4 cup coconut flour
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (I used @traderjoes )
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup melted Coconut Oil
* 1/2 cup maple syrup or local honey
* 2 eggs, room temperature
* 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
-Preheat oven to 350, line muffin tins
-Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, set aside
-Mix all wet ingredients in separate bowl. Gradually add in the dry ingredients until well mixed. Mix in the chocolate chips! -Bake for 20-23 minutes!
