For Kimberstone owner and founder Ashlee Snyder, the past year has been a whirlwind. She started the bakery business out of her own home a little over twelve months ago.
"I left my job and I do this full time, taking care of a two year old as well," says Snyder.
Although her two year old is still a little young to help her mix up the sweet creations, Snyder says she does enlist her kid's help with the most important part of the process, taste testing!
According to Snyder her small business has grown by over 100% in the past year alone and it's no secret why when you try her almond buttercream icing.
"That's my best seller and my signature," Snyder explains.
For today's segment on KTAB 4u, Snyder swirled her cupcakes with each of the local schools colors in celebration of the back to school season.
