Jaclyn Harwell joined us in studio to share her tips on making healthy alternatives without skimping on the flavor.

Watch the video to see all of Jaclyn's advice.
Jaclyn will be teaching a gluten-free cooking class at Natural Food Center in Abilene on July 26. Registration is 35 dollars, which includes a food sampling. For more information, you can call (325) 716-0754 or email Jaclyn at firstname.lastname@example.org.
