Join us in Downtown Clyde, America for our 2014 Pecan & Bluegrass Festival! We'll have live music all day at The Platform, our brand new outdoor stage. We'll also have food and merchandise vendors, a Bake-Off, and lots of fun for the whole family! The event will kick-off with a parade at 10:00am; the market and entertainment will run from 10:30am-3:00pm, and this year we've added a Street Dance that will run from 7:00pm-11:00pm featuring Paige and Bailey Hafner, Belle Plains Revival, and Three Shades Blue! Attendance to all events is free, there will be a $10 cooler charge at the Street Dance, no glass bottles allowed!

Join us at the Abilene Civic Center for a night out to celebrate cancer survivors, enjoy a great style show and silent auction, and support Cancer Services Network's effort to continue providing gifts of hope to cancer patients and their families in West Central Texas. Doors open at 6:00 pm.
Join the Abilene Cultural Affairs Council in honoring Abilene's own Jess Cagle, who was named editorial director of PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly this year. The 1983 Cooper High School graduate will receive a Lifetime Achievement in the Arts Award. The evening is a fundraiser for the HeARTS for the ARTS grants. The evening starts with dinner with Jess at Prosperity Bank and piano music. At 8 p.m. at the Paramount Theatre, the award presentation and Jess Cagle's celebrity stories will take place. It concludes with desert on the stage. Tickets are $125 each for the entire evening or $20 for the Paramount portion and dessert.
