It's been over a month since the hail storm and, driving around town, the effects of it are still seen.

Today single mothers, dealing with car damage from the storm, were able to receive much needed help. A benefit was held at Kent's, where moms could bring their vehicle and receive a new windshield and other car items at no cost.

Pathfinder Recovery, a local motorcycle club that helps recovering addicts, put on the event. Volunteers from Abilene Affordable Auto Glass provided not only the windshields but their service.
