With the leftover candy from Halloween, kids in Brownwood are now using them for a good cause.

The Mission Possible kids is a program through the First United Methodist Church. It launched on October 6th and already, they have completed four missions.

With Halloween only a couple of days ago, their current missions is to give leftover candy to soldiers. All the candy will be sent to Operation Gratitude where they make individual care packages.

The soldiers overseas use the candy in war-torn villages as a way to ask little children information about bombs in order to help save their lives.

If people want to donate, they must bring it to the church or call them to pick it up. Donations will end November 6th and will send them off the next day.
