ARMC Feeling Effect of Nursing Shortage; Seeking Applicants

Abilene Regional Medical Center is attempting to recruit around 60 new and experienced nurses.

Like many parts of the country, Abilene Regional is also suffering from a nursing shortage.

Ethan Shepherd, HR Generalist at Abilene Regional Medical Center, says this nation-wide shortage is largely due to a larger influx of patients as the “baby boomer” generation ages.
