Now a new app will help keep track of your caffeine consumption -- and answer a key question: Do you really need another cup of coffee?
The Jawbone's "Up Band" has been around, with much popularity, for a while. But now they are targeting our addictions with the app, "Up Coffee."
The reason is simple--the more you track your consumption, the more aware you'll be of your over use of caffeine.
Here's how it works: You enter in your drink choices as you make them throughout the day. The app will track the increasing quantity of caffeine in your body through simple ratings like: "edgy", "wired", or "sleep ready".
And, if you go to have another cup of coffee, the app will advise you whether that is a good idea or not, based on your caffeine consumption so far that day.
