Yesterday, around 1 p.m., an Eastland County man reported his 11 year-old daughter missing along with his truck.

About 3 hours later, Police found the girl stabbed and sexually assaulted.

She was quickly transported the Cook Children's Hospital.

Shortly after, Police arrested 21 year-old Clayton Lee Fought in connection to the case.

He is currently in jail totaling bods of $3,000,000 for Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Attempted Capital Murder.

Family and friends of Fought are extremely shocked and displeased over the situation.

Clayton's brother Brandon Fought sends well wishes to the family and hopes his brother received the maximum punishment.

The girl, who celebrated her 12th birthday in the hospital today, is still recovering.
