Three men were arrested in a span of 4 days for an assault that took place in November of 2013.

Cory Treadwell, 21, Coty Treadwell, 27, and Joseph Treadwell, 26, are all facing charges for allegedly beating a man to the point that a doctor who treated him at Hendrick Medical Center noted the victim’s injuries not only posed a substantial risk of death at the time, but that they would cause serious permanent disfigurement and impairment.

According to police records, the victim was talking to a woman and her daughter on the 600 block of Wimberly Road when the three men pulled up.

The three men then proceeded to pull the victim out of his car and then began kicking him and punching him in the head.

The Sheriff’s Deputy that responded noted the victim suffered a swollen eye, scratches on his face and footprints could be clearly made out on his chest.

Cory Treadwell, arrested on Saturday, March 29, and Joseph Treadwell, arrested on Sunday, March 30, were both charged with aggravated assault.

Coty Treadwell, arrested on Monday, April 1, was charged with second degree felony aggravated assault.

All three have now bonded out.
