Webcast: Winds Increase Fire Danger Thursday

It will be warm and windy Thursday afternoon with a high of 71.

A red flag warning will go into place at noon signaling a high fire danger due to the winds and dry conditions.

The southwest winds will be sustained most of the afternoon with speeds from 20 to 30 mph under mostly sunny skies. Gusts may reach up to 40 mph.

Temperatures will be cooler Thursday night, but only into the mid to upper 40s, with winds speeds reduced to 15-20 mph.
