You may remember the KTAB investigation that led to an Eastland Police Officer being fired.

It was after an 11 year old girl was kidnapped, raped, stabbed and left for dead near Lake Cisco in January of 2014.

Before that happened, parents of two other girls came forward and said, Clayton Fought, the suspect in the case of the 11 year old girl, assaulted their daughters and should have been behind bars and not had the opportunity to victimize anybody else.

KTAB's Victor Sotelo broke the story and now has found out that the officer who was fired, for not properly investigating the case, is now running for office.
