The "Rock and Roll" program moves labor along, which cuts down on c-sections.

Nurses get women moving, including those who have had an epidural. They change positions about every 30 minutes.

Caesarian section rates have skyrocketed in recent years. And mulitple c-sections can make it harder to get pregnant again and increase the risk of stillbirth.

While the "Rock and Roll" program was designed for patients with epidurals, the moves can also help manage pain for patients who are delivering without medication.
