Staying Active and Working Out Has No Age Limit

We all hear how beneficial having a workout routine is before our metabolism starts to decline, but what you may not know is that working out after 50 is even more crucial for enhancing your quality of life.

Many of us hear the slamming and clanking of weights every day. But as the years pass us by, a visit to the gym has become even more crucial for your health. The most significant benefits include the prevention of type II diabetes, heart complications and osteoarthritis pain.

Dr. Sandy Hazelip says it's important to stick with an appropriate workout according to your age and medical condition. She also says to be sure not to abuse or overdo any workout, just find a way to stay active 7-days a week.
