Now there are more big changes because the drive in has been sold.

For the last 13 years the owners of Town and Country Drive-in kept it going against all odds, including a deadline that forced them to convert from film to digital, costing thousands of dollars.

One of the former owners, Ray Andres, says that when the money was raised, buyers wanted to buy the property.

Now the drive-in will be unrecognizable, and Andres says he will stay around to manage it.

The plan is to make it look like it did when it first opened. One of the new features include six screens, two of them will be unveiled this summer.

But even with all the new changes, the new owners say it's the food that will keep people coming back for more.
