Fireworks caused two early morning vehicle fires in Cisco

CISCO, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - The Cisco Fire Department responded to a report of a vehicle fire early Tuesday morning, according to the Cisco Fire Department's Facebook page.

Fire crews were called out to the 300 block of County Road 176 in Cisco at approximately 12:45 a.m. for a reported vehicle fire.

When crews arrived, it was discovered that there were actually two vehicle fires close to a residence.

The crews were able to bring the fires under control in a matter of minutes, but the two vehicles were deemed total losses.

The residence was never on fire.

The cause of the fires was determined to be fireworks.

No injuries were reported.
