Star Dodge Dealership Employs Two Top Mopar Technicians

ABILENE, Texas (PRESS RELEASE) - It takes literally hundreds upon hundreds of hours for a good technician to become great. That's why they are such an invaluable part of a dealership's operation. And because Mopar understands this, they created the Top Tech Program, a program designed to reward the best technicians working in the field today.

Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM has the great distinction of having two such technicians recently recognized by Chrysler for being the best in their field. Woody O'Dell was recognized as one of the top 27 out of an incredible 25,000 Mopar technicians in the United States, while Ralph LaSalle was recognized in the second group of the next 75 technicians and designated as a top Platinum Performer. Star Dodge has the honor of being the only dealership in the country to have two technicians as highly rated as these two men.

Mike Dunnahoo, President and CEO of Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Hyundai since 1999, is extremely proud of both O'Dell and LaSalle and recently said, "Woody and Ralph are good men, both very valuable to our organization. They truly care about taking care of our customers and their fellow employees."

"It's a big accomplishment that highlights all the hard work and hours that are put in to take care of our customers," O'Dell said. "This award is a group effort. It takes more than just me. I need my service advisors and my other techs too." Ralph LaSalle agreed with O'Dell's sentiment, adding, "I feel honored, appreciated, and thankful."
