2 men plummet 30 feet after scaffolding falls in north Abilene

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) -  One man was transported to the hospital and another was unharmed after falling 30 feet from a scaffolding attached to a north Abilene building.

The accident happened on the corner of Orange Street and N. 7th Street just before 5:00 p.m. 

Two men were working on a new townhome complex, Paramount Square, when the scaffolding fell for unknown reasons, causing both men to plummet 30 feet. 

Both men were conscious following the fall. One man was uninjured and the other was rushed to the hospital. His current condition is not known at this time.
