3 earthquakes reported in West Texas Wednesday

WEST TEXAS (KMID/KPEJ) - Three new earthquakes have been reported in West Texas. 

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, two earthquakes were recorded in Reeves County, and another in Pecos County on Wednesday. 

Reports indicate, the first was reported as a 2.7 magnitude earthquake about 34 kilometers southeast of Pecos. 

The second was recorded as a 3.0 magnitude quake about 36 kilometers from Pecos. 

The third was a 2.7 magnitude quake about 40 kilometers northwest of Fort Stockton.
