Court documents state the victim was inside his home on the 1300 block of Jefferson Drive when two suspects, one later identified as Gee, entered his home - one had a handgun and the other picked up a shotgun that was inside the home.

The suspects then pointed the guns at the victim and took his television, shotgun, cash, and keys, which they used to steal his truck, according to the documents, which state Gee was arrested when he was found driving the truck a short time later.

During an interview with police, the documents state Gee admitted to participating in the robbery but said his only role was to check to see if someone was home, and he also admitted to trying to open a window. His fingerprints and the fingerprints of a juvenile suspect were found at the scene.

The victim was able to identify the juvenile suspect from a police lineup, and after seeing Gee's mugshot on the news for a different crime, the documents state the victim called detectives and notified them that Gee was the second person inside his home.

Gee is currently being held in the Taylor County Jail on bonds totaling over $170,000 for several crimes, including the robberies.
