Anonymous tip leads police to marijuana grow in Clyde

CLYDE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - A Clyde man was arrested after 2 pounds of marijuana was found growing in his backyard.

A social media post from the Clyde Police Department confirms police received an anonymous tip that the suspect, who has not been publicly identified, was growing marijuana at his home. 

Police were able to seize 2 pounds of harvested marijuana after receiving the tip, and the suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Callahan County Jail. 

The Clyde Police Department says, "we'd like to thank this anonymous tipster and everyone else who has provided us information about criminal activity. Keep the information coming!"
