Coleman Police Department arrest two men out of Dallas for burglary, credit card abuse

COLEMAN, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - The Coleman Police Department on Thursday revealed they had arrested two men out of Dallas for breaking into cars, stealing credit/debit cards and a shotgun. 

The department released the information on Facebook. The post reads:

On Tuesday September 19th at about 8:15 am The Coleman Police Department responded to a call from the 600 block of Mississippi in reference to three vehicles that had been burglarized during the night. Some of the items that were reported stolen were laptops, purses, a credit card and a shotgun. The victim reported that their credit card had been used in the early morning hours at a local convenience store to purchase cigarettes and other items. Through investigation it was discovered who used the card and where the suspects lived. At about 10:45 am contact was made with the suspects in the 900 block of Austin Street. The items reported stolen were located and 20 year old Caleb Simmons and 19 year old Quentin Parnell both from Dallas were arrested on three counts of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, Credit / Debit card Abuse and Theft of a Firearm. Both suspects are currently are currently being held on bonds totaling $30,000.00 each.
