Indicted: Abilene man accused of sexually assaulting 2 children under 10

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - An Abilene man accused of sexually assaulting two children under the age of 10 has been indicted. 

Kevin Deluna, 39, was indicted on two counts of Indecency with a Child Thursday in connection to incidents that happened in Fall of 2016. 

Court documents state police began investigating Deluna after an adult came forward and identified a potential child victim in January of 2017.

This child victim described an incident when Deluna attempted to sexually assault her while saying "you will like it", according to the documents, which also state the child accused Deluna of telling her he would buy her anything if she gave in to his inappropriate advances. 

The first child victim identified a second child victim, and when this second victim was interviewed, the documents state he was also able to describe an incident where he was was also touched inappropriately by Deluna. 

The second child victim also told detectives he saw Deluna watching child pornography, according to the documents. 

Deluna was arrested for these crimes in July of 2017 and remains in the Taylor County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
