UGG comforters recalled due to mold

(KTAB/KRBC) - UGG comforters have been recalled because mold was found in some of the products.

Bed Bath & Beyond says all Hudson Comforters by UGG sold between August 24 and October 17 are affected by this recall.

They were sold in the colors Garnet, Navy, Gray, and Oatmeal and came in sizes Twin, Full/Queen, and King.

Anyone who may have purchased an affected comforter can return the faulty product to any Bed Bath & Beyond store for a full refund.

More information about this recall can be found on Bed Bath & Beyond's Website. Questions will also be addressed over the phone at (800)462-3966.

No injuries have been reported in connection to the comforters, though the Consumer Product Safety Commission warns the presence of mold could pose "a risk of respiratory or other infections in individuals with compromised immune systems, damaged lungs or an allergy to mold."
