Some neighbors off of Rio Mesa Drive are protesting the opening of FILO Liquor store.

Two veterans are trying to open up the store at the corner of Rio Mesa Drive and Buffalo Gap. Most neighbors are saying that it's the increased traffic, drunk driving and speeding that has them concerned.

Co-owner James Cockfield says that people from across town aren't going to come to his liquor store, and that he will be servicing people in the neighborhood.
