ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - Several Abilene police vehicles were outside the home of an Abilene murder scene Tuesday morning.
Officers were seen coming out of the house on the 3700 block of Woodridge Drive, but we have not yet confirmed why they were there. The officers left the scene around 7:50 a.m.
Abilene real estate agent Tom Niblo, 54, was shot and killed in the home on December 12, 2016 and no arrest has been made in connection to the murder.
The Abilene Police Department has confirmed Luke Sweetser, 45, is a suspect.
Preliminary autopsy results reveal he was shot eight times, and court documents state there was no sign of forced entry at the crime scene.
Investigators have been serving search warrants in connection to Niblo's murder all month, and several of those search warrants involve Luke Sweetser and his wife, Ellousie Niblo Sweetser.
