The Skin's #1 Enemy

Summer time for many means fun in the sun, but what price do you pay for a little sunshine?

According to the Texas Medical Association, one in three Texans will develop some form of skin cancer.

Fortunately, it's something that can easily be prevented with a little sunscreen. The brand of the sunscreen is irrelevant as long as the SPF is higher than fifteen.

It's also crucial to apply the product twenty minutes before the outdoor activity begins.

And if you think that tan will improve your looks, think again: the sun is the number one enemy against aging. Although your tan make look great now, your skin will suffer long term damage that will lead to premature aging.
