The Eagles O-line just got through dominating the Midland Lee defensive line last Friday night.
They rolled over the Rebels for 185 yards on the ground and gave quarterback Derek Scott time to throw for another 290.
If the line is working, the offense is working.
Josh Hunter said "I think we're coming along pretty good. It's always been known that the game rests on the offensive line's shoulders. If we do our job then it affects everybody else and if we don't do our job it affects everybody else, so I think we're starting to get it as a group."
Devin Lubin said "Our coach never lets us forget that the offense starts with the offensive line because if we can't block m we can't run, but if we can't block, we can't pass, so we just go out there knowing that we have a big responsibility on our shoulders and we just need to go out there and execute if we can win and make plays."
The Eagles are headed north on Thursday night.
