The Breckenridge Buckaroos are back in the playoffs as they take on the Wall Hawks this week. Now there's something a little bit different about this playoff game. It's going to be on Saturday, but the Buckaroos say one thing that can help them is playing on their home turf as they look to avoid an early playoff exit.

Steve Freeman said "Our though process was really this: We liked to play it here, and we travel all the time so if we had ended up down in (San) Angelo or down at Wall or wherever then so be it, but we didn't. We'll be playing here.

Clay Boaz said "It helps a lot, and it's really cool. We're excited about playing at home, and we know that everybody is going to be here. It just makes us excited and pumps us up even more to be playing in the playoffs."

Chris Madison said "We're all pumped up. Every player is pumped up to play here. The fans are going to be here supporting us all the way through this. For us seniors it's going to mean a lot to us to play here again."

Freeman said "We bumped the game to a Saturday afternoon. Kind of be a positive thing for our kids, and for our fans, and it's always good to have a home game any way you can, but I think it puts a little extra flavor with it on Saturday afternoon."

The Buckaroos will kick off against Wall Saturday at 1:00 at Buckaroo Stadium.
