Cowboys' Crawford Enters Camp Healthy

July 26th, 2017 - The Dallas Cowboys' offense seems to be in good hands with Dak, Zeke, Dez, and that offense line.

The big question mark is on the defensive side of the ball.

One of the guys on that side of the ball Dallas is counting on is Tyrone Crawford.

The defensive end came up with 4.5 sacks in 2016.

This off-season, Crawford worked hard to get stronger, so he could avoid injuries that bothered him last year.

"I was just getting a lot better conditioned, I was having my muscles last," Tyrone Crawford said.

"Instead of 10 reps I was doing 25. We were just getting the longevity things of the game, having to run longer, have your legs pushed longer, shoulders pushed longer, you guys know my shoulders."

The Cowboys are working out in pads for the first time on Friday in California.

Their first preseason game is next Thursday against Arizona.
