Eight Big Country Girls Basketball Players Named to TABC All-State Teams

The Texas Association of Basketball Coaches have announced their Girls All-State teams, and a total of eight Big Country Players made the cut.

Four of the girls that were named to All-State teams helped lead their squads to the state tournament in Austin.

Wylie senior Punkin Mack, along with sophomore Brittany Brewer were named to the Class 3A All-State team by the TABC.

Future ACU Wildcat Sierra Allen, and her sister Hannah Allen were both named to the Class 1A Div. II state after leading the Highland Lady Hornets back to Austin.

The other four players all helped lead their teams to deep playoff runs as well.

Cisco's Mackenzi Busby and Jim Ned's Jenna Coffman were both named to the Class 2A All-State Team.

Kami Norton of Albany and Jayci Padgett of Goldthwaite were both selected for the Class 1A All-State Teams.
