A total of eight Big Country teams are ranked this week, and many of them in the top ten of their respective classifications.

The Wylie Bulldogs are not among the teams ranked this week in Class 3A after falling just outside the Top 25. That's despite a 38-16 win over the Brownwood Lions last Friday night.

One of the view teams to move up this week is Cisco. The Loboes move up one spot to number two in Class 2A Div. II after a win over Godley. In division one, the Eastland Mavericks fall slightly to number seven this week even after a win over Goldthwaite.

The Eagles are one of three teams ranked in Class 1A Div. I this week. Goldthwaite comes in at number 19, but it's Stamford that steals the show in the division. The Bulldogs come in at number two, and are followed closely by district rival Anson at number five.

A total of three teams are ranked in Class 1A Div. II, and for the third straight week it's the Albany Lions that come in as the highest ranked Big Country team at number four. Hamlin follows next at number 16, and the Munday Moguls round out division two at number 18.
