Nathaniel Jack: HSU's Do Everything Man

March 2nd, 2017 - The HSU Cowboys are dancing in the NCAA Div. III tournament again this year, and Nathaniel Jack is a big reason.

Jack led the team in scoring with 18 points a game, rebounds with 12 a game, and he led the team in steals.

He did everything.

It's clear he's one of the best in the country, even though Jack has a hard time explaining his success.

Nathaniel Jack said, "To be honest, I can't even. I don't know. I guess God. He said it was my time, I guess. That's all I can think of."

"He does it all. He does his job. He does it well. He's one of the best in the country at doing it. He just does whatever it is that needs to be done," Justin Jones said. "He guards the best player. He rebounds. He scores. Anything you ask him to do, I am sure he'll get it done."

"He means everything for our team. He's the greatest of all time," Duane Hopper said. "He's the MVP, whatever you want to call him. He does all the dirty work, rebounding, he can score, and he's great off the court. We are best buds off the court."

Jack and the Cowboys open the NCAA Tournament Friday night at Mabee Complex at 7:30 p.m. against LaGrange.
