The Dallas Cowboys used a dominant defensive performance to beat the Philadelphia Eagles and linebacker Sean Lee helped to lead the way, and he is this week's NFC Defensive Player of the Week.

Lee led the team with 11 tackles, added one tackle for loss, one pass breakup and one interception, which he returned 33 yards.

His fourth quarter interception ended an Eagles drive and helped seal the Dallas win.

Head coach Jason Garrett said, "He's just a really good football player. We seem to say that every week. His preparation is fantastic, he's a very instictive player, he's athletic, he just has a nose for the football both in defending the run and a nose for making plays when they're trying to throw it. It's really, really important to him, his commitment is as good as anybody on our football team. Really maybe anybody I've been around. The way he practices, hes just an intense guy and he wants to be a great football player, he wants our team to be great."

This the 2nd time Lee is the Defensive Player of the Week in the NFC.

Dallas looks to win for the 3rd in a row on Sunday in Detroit.
