Justin Wiley is entering his third season as the leader of the Ballinger Bearcats.

Last year, Ballinger advanced to the playoffs for the second straight season.

Wiley says his offense is beginning to come around, as a matter of fact, he is finally comfortable with his team being able to handle the entire playbook.

The biggest point of improvement, according to the players, is their relationship with Wiley.

Lance Sauceda said "Now it's like were 100 percent comfortable with him. It's like whatever we do we trust him now. As I started off my sophomore the trust wasn't there, but now that he's stayed here he's plugged into the program and like we all trust him."

Justin Wiley said "We had more offense than we had my first year by the second scrimmage. So, we're a lot further along. We're where we want to be. We're running the type offense that we want to run. We're not just a spread team. We're not just an option team. We're able to be a spread option team like we originally wanted to be when I moved here."

Colton Little is takes the reigns as the quarterback in Ballinger.

Travis Martinez leads the team on the defensive side of the ball.
