The Wylie Bulldogs came into the day looking for a sweep over Andrews.

In game two Andrews jumped out to an early one run lead, but Wylie's Spencer Reyes put Wylie ahead by hitting one of the pitcher. That scored Mac Mueller.

In the fifth Andrews would retake the lead when Kyle Buck hits an RBI into right to give Andrews a 3-2 lead.

A bit later the Mustangs would add to their lead when Marc Garcia hit a bases clearing triple.

Andrews would go on to take game two by the score of 10-6.

In game three, Wylie jumped out to a 9-1 lead in the second inning, but would surrender that lead in the third. This game would go back and forth from there, with Andrews picking up the 18-17 win to get the series win over Wylie and advance to the next round.
