13 Big Country Schools Are In Harris Top 25

A lucky 13 Big Country high school football teams are mentioned in this week's Harris Ratings Top 25. The Abilene High Eagles continue to climb the rankings this week after hammering Tulsa Booker T. Washington high school on Saturday. The Eagles are ranked 15th in the state. This week's opponent, Harlingen, is 16th in the ratings. <br>
A lucky 13 Big Country high school football teams are mentioned in this week's Harris Ratings Top 25. The Abilene High Eagles continue to climb the rankings this week after hammering Tulsa Booker T. Washington high school on Saturday. The Eagles are ranked 15th in the state. This week's opponent, Harlingen, is 16th in the ratings.

The Wylie Bulldogs victory over Graham helped propel them into the top 25 for the 1st time in the 2011 season. The Bulldogs debut at number 18. They are joined in the ratings by Snyder at number 17, and Brownwood falls to 20 this week after losing to Stephenville.

3 schools are listed in the Class 2A Division 1 Top 25. The Bangs Dragons and the Breckenridge Buckaroos are tied at 18 after Bangs beat the Bucks last week. Eastland debuts in the Harris Ratings at #24.

Cisco looks to have righted the ship, and they are still moving up the Class 2A ratings. They jump up to 11th this week.

Finally Class A, and 5 teams are in the Division 1 and 2 top 25 this week. Albany is ranked highest at #5. Goldthwaite and Stamford are 7th and 8th in the Harris Ratings.

Munday is ranked 6th after the 3rd week of the football season in Class A Division 2, and Hamlin is 9th.
