The ACU Wildcats made an impressive Division 1 debut as they put up 84 points on Concordia College.
The Abilene Christian Wildcats made their Division 1 debut against Concordia College, and they made the most of it. The Wildcats ended up winning the game 84-6 thanks to a strong performance from new starting Quarterback John David Baker.

Early in the first quarter Abilene Christian's Charcandrick West took a hand-off 22 yards for the touchdown to put the Wildcats up 7-0.

Later in the first John David Baker found Drew Peters for the touchdown to put A.C.U. up 21-0.

In the second quarter it was more of the same. David Baker found Darian Hogg for the deep touchdown to put the Wildcats up 34-0.

The Wildcats will take the field again next weekend against the McMurry Warhawks.
