Amber Lowery's Remains Identified: Family's Reaction

Remains found in July confirmed to be those of missing Comanche County woman, Amber Lowery.
Although Ryan Christensen and the rest of Amber Lowery's family presumed she had been killed, the confirmation of the DNA test was still difficult to take.

Amber Lowery, mother of two, was reported missing on July 23rd, 2013. Remains were found on the property where she lived on July 31st. A few days later, Amber's husband, Michael Lowery, was arrested on suspicion of murder. Since then, her family has been patiently waiting for a positive identification.

Ryan Christensen explains that he does not understand how it taken this long for authorities to give the family results. Christensen said that they are expecting a summer 2014 trail and plan to do a memorial service for Amber in the coming summer months as well.

Christensen said that they just want justice to be served, plain and simple.

Michael Lowery was charged with murder in the first degree and is in the Comanche County Jail.
