The Bangs Dragons finished preparations on Thursday for their game with the undefeated and #2 Wall Hawks Friday night.

The #23 Dragons are the decided underdog by most folks that follow such things, but head coach Chuck Lipsey says they aren't worried about that stuff.

They just know they have their hands full.

Chuck Lipsey says "We got to handle it like another game. As far as upsets and underdogs we said that we aren't going to talk about that. I think that's kind of distracting. They got a good football team and well coached and got good players."

J.T. Newton said "I think we're feeling good. We had a really good week of practice. Probably the best week we've had all year. I think our defense can stop them and we just got to score more points than they do."

Lipsey said "It's not going to make or break our season. It's a good measuring point when you play a team of their caliber, and it would be great to win it and that's what were going to try and go in there and do, and if not then we're going to make them earn it if they beat us."

The Dragons and the Hawks meet in Wall Friday night. It kicks at 7:30.
