Stamford's Jesse Ramos is 1st team on the Texas Football All-Texas team as a receiver. Ramos caught 92 passes for Wayne Hutchinson's team in 2011 for over 18-hundred yards and 22 touchdowns. He was also a threat returning punts and kicks and in the defensive secondary for the Bulldogs.
Ramos is joined on the All-Texas 1st team by Cisco's Hayden Lewis. Like Ramos, Lewis helped lead his team to the state championship game. Lewis earned his spot on the team as a linebacker. The
Texas Football released a Top 10 for the upcoming 2012 season. The Abilene High Eagles are ranked 8th in the state in Class 5A after last year's trip to the quarterfinals. The Cisco Loboes are expected to compete for the state title again this year. They are 3rd in Texas Football's look ahead. The return of quarterback hagen hutchinson has Stamford in the top spot. Munday and Dee Paul are number 2. Albany is 6th in the Texas Football top 10.
