Its been quite a season for the Cisco Loboes. They go undefeated and win a district title. Go to the Playoffs after not making it the year before, and now find themselves in the State Title game. Cisco has never brought home a State Title, and they are hoping 2011 will be that lucky year.

"Well these kids deserve a State Championship, and I want to do everything in my power, the coaching staff wants to do everything for this football team," Says Head Coach Brent West, "Our kids deserve a State Championship, and I know Refugio is saying the same thing, you know, their kids have worked hard too, but you know I work with these kids every day to have their dreams come true, and they are so deserving. I would love to see a State Championship ring on each and every one of their fingers because I just know this football team deserves it. Whether I do or not, Id just love to see this community and football team come home with a State Championship on Friday."

"We've grown up a lot this year. We've had six or seven sophomores starting and some freshman now, and just as a team, we've came together and just playing hard every game and every down and learned what It takes to win every game." adds Haden Lewis, "We'll have to play our best game and have a lot of heart and hang in until the end of the game and I think we can win it."

And now the only things standing in between Cisco Loboes and a State Title is Refugio, a very talented football team. The Loboes step up to that challenge on Friday at Cowboys Stadium.
