A new study of 600 heart patients found those who were the most positive were also most likely to exercise.

That combination helped reduce the risk of death for any reason by 42%.

These patients were also less likely to be hospitalized for heart related reasons.

Researchers say while exercise was also beneficial for more negative patients, physical activity and a positive attitude often went hand in hand.
