We're talking four eight-ounce cups of coffee, not the ever popular venti cups.
Researchers say people who drink that much coffee were more likely to die over the course of the study.
They mainly focused on people under the age of 55.
However, there are plenty of other studies out there that show that coffee is good for you. Experts suggest it may be the additives to the coffee, like cream and sugar that can contribute to health issues.
Their best advice? Just cut back a bit.
