The wind industry is slowly coming to a stand still in some parts of the Big Country, and many jobs are on the line.

Wind Clean in Coleman is transforming its corporation to focus on another energy resource, and in the process saving jobs. Employees now work on services that will help the oil industry instead of the wind industry.

Employees use their welding and wiring skills to work on sand silos and water transportation pipes instead of wind turbines. One employee, who has been with Wind Clean for 10 years, says he no longer has to worry about losing his job as he had before.

Wind Clean is also preparing to become a cargo tanker inspection and repair stop.
