Abilene Man Creates Mini Versions of Key City Squad Cars to say Thank You

Noel Reed is a quiet man, with a garage full of miniature cars and trucks. He creates Abilene squad cars from normal model cars. Completely strips the decals off, and meticulously puts the car together again as an exact replica of an Abilene squad car. He uses these cars as a way to say thank you to the men and women in blue that protect Key City streets.
