"We have several groups that can reserve the back room," explains Phillip Racliff, Owner of Bogies Deli.
The extra space seats around thirty people normally, but Racliff says even more seats can be added when needed, which comes in handy for the various groups that meet at Bogies on a monthly basis.
"They can have their meetings kind of separated a little bit," says Racliff. "We also use this room for overflow when it gets busy up front if nobody has it reserved."
Racliff says his staff works hard to ensure customers are able to get in and out of the restaurant quickly if they're running on a tight schedule.
"Most of our customers are on a lunch break," says Racliff. "The way we do things is built for speed, so usually the maximum amount of wait would be 2 to 15 minutes."
