Texas ranked by a car insurance survey as the number four state for worst drivers.
According to data collected by CarinsuranceComparison.com, Texas has the fourth worst drivers in the nation.
The survey is based on the fatalities rate per 100 million vehicle miles traveled, failure to obey (traffic signals and seat belts), drunk driving, speeding tickets, and careless driving.
Other states that made the top five are South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama.
