The Taylor County Grand Jury decided there is not enough evidence to take the case against Cordell Dorsey to trial. Dorsey was arrested in October of 2013 and charged with sexual assault of a child.
Dorsey is a former Cooper High School football player.
He had been dismissed from the Cooper football team just days before his arrest; however, he was allowed to resume play in mid November pending the outcome of the grand jury.
